Terms of Service
Thanks for using Remindify. These terms are the agreement between you and us. They're written to be readable — not to hide behind legalese.
1. About the service
Remindify is an AI-assisted payment reminder copilot for freelancers and small businesses. You provide invoice and payment context, and we draft polite, human-sounding reminders to help you get paid.
The service is operated by Gramatojums, SIA, a company registered in Latvia (reg. no. 40003361141).
2. Pricing — pay when you get paid
Remindify charges a success fee. There is no subscription and nothing to pay upfront.
- Price: a flat €9 (including VAT) per recovered invoice — an invoice that was overdue when you handed it to Remindify and that was paid while Remindify was actively reminding on it.
- Nothing upfront: no signup fee, no card on file, no monthly charge. If your client never pays the invoice, you owe us nothing for it.
- Billing: when a recovered invoice is paid, we invoice you €9. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Never a percentage: the fee is flat regardless of the invoice amount.
- No commitment: stop handing us invoices at any time; only fees for already-recovered invoices remain due.
3. How the service works
Remindify is a manual-first service at this stage. That means a member of our team — with AI assistance — drafts reminders based on the information you provide. Over time, we will introduce more automation while keeping the human touch.
We aim to deliver timely reminders, but Remindify is a drafting copilot, not a guarantee of payment. The ultimate responsibility for your client relationships and payment terms remains with you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Remindify:
- For illegal purposes or to send fraudulent payment demands.
- To harass, threaten, or mislead recipients.
- To process data without the consent or legal basis required under applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your data and privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Remindify, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
Remindify is provided as-is, with no warranties beyond what these terms state. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
- Late or missed payments by your clients — we draft reminders, we don't guarantee results.
- Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes to the service and terms
We may update the service and these terms as we grow. Material changes to pricing or terms will be communicated to active subscribers in advance. For minor updates, the latest version will always be posted here.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
